About the Role
The Enterprise Architect will shape the future of enterprise technology in a complex, fast-moving environment, leading the design of scalable, future-fit architecture that drives real business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and govern enterprise-wide IT architecture frameworks, standards, and methodologies
- Translate business strategy into enterprise architecture roadmaps and solutions
- Design high-level, end-to-end architecture across business, data, application, and technology domains
- Guide solution design to ensure scalability, security, and cost efficiency
- Support project delivery teams with architecture direction and governance
- Drive adherence to IT policies, standards, and best practices
- Lead architecture governance forums and ensure compliance across initiatives
- Identify and reduce technical debt, recommending remediation strategies
- Evaluate emerging technologies and define innovation roadmaps
- Support RFI, RFP, and project scoping processes with architectural input
Requirements
- Degree in Information Systems or related field
- TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification
- 15+ years experience across IT architecture, development, and systems design
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture disciplines (data, application, and technology)
- Experience with cloud and on-premise architectures
- Exposure to ERP, CRM, SCM, HCM, and finance systems
- Strong understanding of integration patterns (B2B, SOA) and data architecture
- Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement capability
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
