1. Grade 12
2. Relevant degree or diploma in Winemaking
3. Minimum 5 years’ winemaking experience in a similar environment
4. Excellent wine tasting and record-keeping skills
5. Strong communication skills and attention to detail
6. Valid driver’s licence

 
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage wine samples for tastings, clients, tenders, and approvals
• Assist with wine blending and sensorial evaluation
• Set up and facilitate internal and client tastings
• Maintain accurate records, specifications, and technical documentation
• Support Quality Management Systems (QMS), GMP, and compliance requirements
• Ensure housekeeping, health, and safety standards are maintained
