FINANCIAL MANAGER OPERATIONS | AGRICULTURE INDUSTRY | STELLENBOSCH
An established and growing organisation within the agriculture sector is seeking a commercially minded Financial Manager to play a key role in supporting operational decision-making and improving business performance.
This role is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys working closely with operations, analysing complex data, and translating financial information into clear insights that support strategy and growth. You will collaborate with leadership and operational teams across the business to improve efficiency, strengthen financial planning, and help guide key decisions.
Key Responsibilities

Analyse financial and operational data to provide insights that support strategic decisions

Develop and maintain performance metrics (KPIs) to monitor operational effectiveness

Produce forecasts using historical and market data to assist with planning and resource allocation

Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost optimisation and automation

Support budget preparation, financial modelling and variance analysis

Prepare management reports and dashboards with actionable insights

Evaluate risks and opportunities within the business environment

Contribute to the financial assessment of business initiatives and investment opportunities, including profitability and cash flow implications
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to extract meaningful insights from data will be essential for success in this role.
Requirements
ACMA, CGMA or CIMA Certification en route to designation
Honours degree in Finance
3 years of relevant experience will be advantageous
