About the Role

The Events Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of events at our venue, driving revenue growth, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders. This role requires a unique blend of operational acumen, sales confidence, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the operational glue between all internal and external stakeholders
  • Resolve misalignment before it becomes operational risk
  • Maintain structured pre-event briefings to ensure clarity of roles, timelines, and accountability
  • Conduct professional, high-conversion venue viewings and present the venue confidently and strategically
  • Assist with structured quotations to support revenue growth and booking pipeline stability
  • Maintain impeccable CRM usage and data accuracy
  • Finalise detailed and accurate BEOs and prevent miscommunication through documentation excellence
  • Negotiate rates and service expectations with suppliers and hold them accountable to venue standards
  • Manage supplier access, timing, and breakdown to ensure reliable partnerships aligned with venue standards and budgets
