Job Description
Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred).
4–7 years’ experience in design, with a strong focus on branding and digital execution.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, digital, and print design work with evidence of conceptual and strategic thinking.
Solid understanding of digital platforms (web, social, UI design fundamentals).
Strong grasp of typography, layout, composition, and color theory.
Excellent attention to detail and passion for producing polished, high-quality work.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, able to articulate design decisions clearly.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team and respond positively to feedback.
Advantageous Skills:
Motion graphics and animation experience (After Effects).
Experience in Figma, prototyping, or other motion/design tools.
Knowledge of print production processes and liaising with printers.
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualization & Design: Lead projects from concept to completion, delivering creative solutions that align with client briefs and timelines.
Brand Development: Design logos, brand identities, packaging, and collateral that resonate with audiences and meet strategic objectives.
Digital Design: Create impactful designs for digital platforms including websites, social media, and online campaigns.
Client Engagement: Participate in client meetings and presentations, confidently presenting creative ideas and design decisions.
Innovation & Trends: Keep up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
