Job Summary
Requirements â? A relevant degree or diploma. â? 3 years of relevant work experience in an IT support environment. â? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using logical pragmatic reasoning. â? Attention to detail â? Fast and self-learning abilities. â? Result orientation and eager to work hard and smart. â? Good communication skills. â? Willing to travel Responsibilities Planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of the groups ICT infrastructure. Includes: â? IT hardware. Includes procurement, setup, maintenance and replacement processes. â? Networking and cabling – ensure consistent high standards throughout the group â? Connectivity. Data, voice, telephony â? Desktop security (including antivirus, patch management) â? User security awareness and training â? Desktop support services â? Management of in-country IT teams (currently 6 people) â? Cost management â? Others: Firewalls, VPN, Queueing systems, CCTV
