About the Role
As a Motor Vehicle Technician at SydSen Recruit, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while driving departmental productivity and efficiency. Your primary objective is to complete repair orders accurately within allocated timeframes, ensuring customer safety and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete repair orders efficiently, meeting or exceeding workshop labour targets.
- Diagnose customer issues, provide solutions, and communicate findings effectively.
- Ensure timely parts ordering and allocation for repair completion.
- Stay updated on technological changes through training and continuous learning.
- Support Service Manager and Foreman in enhancing departmental efficiency.
- Adhere to dealership processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain clean and organised workstations, tools, and vehicles.
Requirements
- Qualified Motor Vehicle Technician (Red Seal) with 2 years’ post-qualification dealership experience.
- Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
- Experience in premium segment motor vehicle dealership preferred.
- Computer literate with valid driver’s licence.
