Team up with Product Owners and Business Analysts to decode business needs and turn them into elegant technical designs Craft and document end-to-end system processes, data flows, and integrations Produce crystal-clear functional specs for developers Assess system and process changes like a detective, spotting risks, dependencies, and impact points before they cause mayhem Partner with devs and QA heroes throughout delivery to ensure smooth sailing from build to release Dive into system logs, SQL queries, and integrations when things get mysterious What You Bring to the Table: A Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 36 years experience in systems analysis, functional design, or solution architecture (bonus points if its in fintech or financial services). Proven skills in system modeling and translating business requirements into clear, actionable specs. Solid grasp of APIs, web services, integrations, and enterprise-level systems. Strong SQL chops you can query your way through complex data like a pro. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Postman (or anything equally cool).
