Job Summary

One of South Africas most iconic wine and lifestyle destinations, is looking for a c harismatic and knowledgeable Tasting Room Ambassador to join their passionate team. If you have a love for fine wine, a talent for storytelling, and a flair for creating memorable guest experiences, this is your chance to represent a world-renowned brand in the heart of the Cape Winelands. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS: Ability to provide top notch customer service in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and ability work well under pressure. Provide high-quality work while unsupervised. Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time. Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary. Able to communicate effectively with guests Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system. Able to work in a busy restaurant environment. Wine knowledge and/or experience in a hospitality environment (min 2 years preferred).
