About the Role
Dymaxa Recruitment is seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse Auxiliary to join our team at one of our old age homes in Strand. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents and contributing to a positive and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care to elderly residents, including administering medications and monitoring health conditions
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and progress
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and new procedures
Requirements
- A relevant nursing qualification (e.g. BSN, ENA)
- Registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC)
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working with elderly populations
- Excellent English and Afrikaans communication skills
- Committed to clinical excellence and patient-centered care
Qualifications
- Formal education in nursing (e.g. Bachelor’s degree)
