• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, CSI, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2 years of relevant working experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related field.
• Experience in content creation and managing communication channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with communication platforms and tools.
• Experience in event management, including planning and executing corporate events.
• Experience with social media management and digital marketing.
• Experience managing Corporate Social Investment (CSI) activities and community development initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify communication needs, develop and implement strategies to ensure staff are informed and engaged with the company`s goals and values;
• Coordinate and manage internal events;
• Develop and execute external communication strategies to enhance company image and brand reputation;
• Creating content for internal newsletters, emails, intranet and high quality website content;
• Manage media relations i.e. press releases, media enquiries, etc;
• Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing material i.e. brochures, social media content etc;
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, i.e. farmers, businesses;
• Develop and execute brand campaigns, event planning (including budgeting and vendor engagements;
• Oversee and manage the corporate social activities and community development initiatives(CSI).
