Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a Maintenance Manager for a distinguished luxury private game reserve located in Bela Bela. This role is perfect for a hands-on professional with strong leadership capabilities and a passion for maintaining the highest standards in a remote hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all maintenance operations across the property, including infrastructure, plumbing, electrical systems, vehicles, and equipment

• Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team

• Plan and execute preventative maintenance schedules and respond to breakdowns and repairs promptly

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards

• Liaise with other department heads to ensure minimal disruption to guest experience

• Maintain records of maintenance tasks, inventory levels, and supplier relationships

• Provide regular reports on maintenance performance and ongoing projects

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior maintenance role, preferably within the hospitality or lodge industry

• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs

• Experience managing a team and coordinating maintenance schedules

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach

• Ability to work under pressure and in a remote location

• Valid drivers license
