We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Manager to step into this vital role, ensuring that this luxury lodge remains a sanctuary of seamless operation and 5-star comfort while honoring their commitment to the preservation of this extraordinary wilderness.

Core criteria: 

• Minimum 3 years of experience working in a reserve and 5-star lodge environment
• Industry qualifications would be advantageous
• Must be well-versed in General Maintenance of all electrical equipment in camp i.e., solar plants, generators, water systems etc
• Must be able to build and maintain relationships with suppliers
• Well-versed in preventative maintenance
• Must have a valid drivers license 
• Computer literate
• Mature and responsible, with sober habits
• Must be well spoken and able to communicate with staff and guests.
• Positive attitude, with excellent problem-solving skills

This is a live-in position.
