About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to join our team as Head of Sales & Marketing and New Business Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic sales, marketing, and new business development initiatives aimed at achieving sustainable revenue growth and profitability in the fruit food production industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and drive strategic sales, marketing, and new business development initiatives
  • Develop and execute effective sales plans that drive revenue growth and market expansion
  • Conduct thorough market research and analyse consumer trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Interpret data to make informed marketing and product positioning decisions
  • Manage costs and contribute to budgeting processes for marketing and sales activities
  • Track campaign effectiveness and customer engagement using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
  • Develop marketing collateral, promotions, and campaigns
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and ROI for marketing initiatives
  • Ensure all activities align with international best practices and regulatory guidelines

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Advanced qualifications (ie MBA) are highly desirable
  • Minimum 10 years experience in a Sales/Marketing leadership role, preferably in FMCG or agriculture/food production
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion
