About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Intern to join our team in Uitenhage for a 1-year Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) position. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in mechanical engineering and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist engineers with design, testing, and implementation of mechanical systems
- Conduct research and gather data to support project requirements
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Participate in quality control processes to ensure high-quality products
Requirements
- National Diploma/ BTech/ BEng: Mechanical Engineering
- Matric
- Computer Literacy
- Excellent telephonic skills
- Good command of English, both oral and written
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit
Qualifications
- Formal education in Mechanical Engineering (if applicable)
