About the Role
A prestigious luxury lodge in Vaalwater, Limpopo, is seeking an HR Manager to join their team. This live-in position offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to a vibrant hospitality environment, where you will help drive the lodge’s human resources strategy and support both staff and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Sourcing and hiring top talent for various lodge positions.
- Onboarding: Facilitating smooth integration of new employees into the team.
- Policy Management: Developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Staff Training: Conducting regular training sessions to enhance staff skills and customer service.
- Conflict Resolution: Addressing workplace disputes efficiently and fairly.
- Payroll: Managing payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely compensation.
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to labor regulations and lodge standards.
- Workplace: Fostering a positive work environment and supporting staff engagement and retention.
Requirements
- Relevant HR degree or diploma
- Minimum of 3 years HR experience, preferably in hospitality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of South African labor laws and regulations
