About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join their dealership in Modimolle, Nylstroom, specializing in Suzuki vehicles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily sales operations and ensure target achievement
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve exceptional results
- Foster strong relationships with customers, dealerships, and stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
Requirements
- Proven experience in car sales management (new or used)
- Strong understanding of the automotive industry and market trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- High school certificate or equivalent required; degree preferred

Salary & Benefits
