About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager to join our team in Vereeniging. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our branch operations, leading a team of sales professionals, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies and modern management techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the branch
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet sales targets and production goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Maintain knowledge of security electronics or equipment and industrial industry trends
- Apply modern management techniques and best practices to improve operational efficiency
Requirements
- Degree or post-matric diploma in Business Management
- 5-7 years relevant work experience
- 3-5 years branch management experience
- Knowledge in security equipment is preferred
- Sound knowledge of security electronics or equipment
- Familiarity with the industrial industry
- Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices
