About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Supervisor/Lead Accountant to join our team in Vereeniging. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company, providing leadership and oversight to the finance team, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage debtors and creditors, providing supervision and guidance to team members
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and prepare journals
- Prepare monthly reports and track budget performance
- Oversee invoice management, payments, and follow-up processes
- Maintain accurate financial records and controls
- Prepare cash flow statements
- Perform office administration duties
Requirements
- Grade 12 with National Diploma/Degree in Financial Accounting or equivalent
- 5 Years experience in a finance supervisor/accountant role
- Strong reconciliation skills
- SAP experience essential
