‘We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Technician / NOC Engineer to join our technical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and supporting network infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime and efficient incident resolution. Key Responsibilities Monitor network performance and respond to system alerts Troubleshoot and resolve network, hardware, and connectivity issues Install, configure, and maintain network equipment Perform root cause analysis and implement preventative measures Escalate complex issues when required Maintain accurate technical documentation Provide guidance to junior technicians Participate in after-hours support when required Minimum Requirements Diploma/Degree in IT, Network Engineering, or related field 35 years experience in a NOC or technical support environment Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and monitoring tools Relevant certifications (CCNA, Network, Mikrotik, ITIL) advantageous Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure’
