Key Responsibilities Source, list, and market residential and holiday properties for sale or rent. Conduct property valuations, client meetings, and show days. Negotiate offers and guide clients through the buying, selling, or rental process. Maintain accurate records, manage mandates, and complete required documentation. Build and grow your client network and local market knowledge. Minimum Requirements Matric (Grade 12). FETC: Real Estate (NQF 4) qualification or willingness to obtain. Valid drivers licence and own reliable transport. Previous real estate or sales experience preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-driven, professional, and results-oriented.
