Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full accounting function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and assist with financial reporting.
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with VAT and other statutory submissions.
• Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Qualification and Skills Required:

• BCom Accounting degree (essential).
• SAICA articles preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ post-articles experience in a similar role.
• Industry experience in FMCG, warehousing, or exports is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; ERP system experience beneficial.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
