About the Role
West Coast Personnel is seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- General client administration.
- Request ageings from all clients on a monthly basis.
- Prepare the client reports.
- Ensure that declarations are completed and submitted timeously to the insurer.
- Attend to client queries timeously.
- Ensure that client invoices are paid by the client timeously.
- Prioritise and reprioritise tasks on a continuous basis ensuring that time standards are complied with. Any deviation must be reported to the responsible person timeously.
Requirements
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
Salary & Benefits
Salary is negotiable depending on experience, working hours: 08.30 – 16.30 but should be flexible to work after hours if need be.
