About the Role

As an Administrator with West Coast Personnel, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • General client administration
  • Request ageings from all clients on a monthly basis
  • Prepare the client reports
  • Ensure that declarations are completed and submitted timeously to the insurer
  • Attend to client queries timeously
  • Ensure that client invoices are paid by the client timeously
  • Prioritise and reprioritise tasks on a continuous basis ensuring that time standards are complied with. Any deviation must be reported to the responsible person timeously
