About the Role
The Hiring House is seeking an experienced Application Developer to join our team in Cape Town. As a SharePoint developer with expertise in SharePoint 2019/Online and Atlassian, you will be responsible for designing and implementing custom solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SharePoint applications using Visual Studio, Power Apps, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
- Design and implement React-based web applications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
- Perform unit testing and debugging of application code
- Ensure seamless integration with other Microsoft tools such as Office 365 suite
Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience as a SharePoint developer
- Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, web parts, and workflows
- Experience with development tools like Visual Studio, Power Apps, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
- 2+ years’ experience developing with React
- Basic understanding of SharePoint integrations, migration, and administration
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer Associate
