In this role, you’ll lead the BI function within the business where you will be partnering directly with stakeholders to translate operational needs into data-driven insights. You’ll guide a skilled BI team while remaining hands-on in Power BI development and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of BI professionals.
• Engage with business units to understand functional requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
• Drive data strategy, ensuring data accuracy, governance, and accessibility.
• Design, build, and optimise Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Leverage DAX and SQL to ensure efficient data modelling and analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure BI initiatives align with business goals

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a Business Intelligence environment.
• Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, with strong DAX and SQL skills.
• Proven experience leading or managing a BI team.
• Strong business acumen and ability to engage with non-technical stakeholders.
• Financial services experience advantageous
