Job Summary
Job Description:
Building Repairs: Painting, drywalling, plumbing, roofing and tiling
Mechanical: Irrigation maintenance and electrical: diesel engine checks, and forklift operation
Installation & Assembly: Door locks, fixtures, lamps, signage, and scaffolding
Tool Proficiency: Skilled in drills, saws, hand tools, and carpet repairs
Health and Safety Management: understanding of, ISO9001 standards, NOSA, and WCM
Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and legislation
Skills & Experience:
3-5 years of experience in building maintenance or utilities within a manufacturing factory plant environment
Proficient in water reticulation, plumbing, painting, plastering, and carpentry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate
Knowledge of plant safety
Ability to work independently
Excellent time management skills
Drivers license essential
Qualification:
Technical qualification (trade test/ red seal/ electrical/ building related) and or courses will be an advantage
Matric (preferable)
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
