What We’re Looking For: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, Actuarial Science or related field Technical Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis) Knowledge: Understanding of property valuation principles and investment analysis (IRR, NPV, cap rates) Experience: No minimum experience required – fresh graduates welcome!
