Job Description
Location: Western Cape, Franschoek
Salary: TBD
What you’ll do:
- Manage product costing and tooling inventory reporting, ensuring accuracy and analysing variances.
- Prepare cost estimates and quotes for new products, customers, and product changes.
- Update Bills of Materials (BOMs) as required.
- Assist with stock counts, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate costing records.
- Load cost estimates/quotes into relevant systems and manage inventory and product records.
- Provide reliable audit information when needed.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in cost and management accounting, including analysis and reporting.
- BCom degree or equivalent preferred; progress towards a CIMA qualification advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and BOM. Experience with business intelligence software is a plus.
- FMCG or production environment experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in both Afrikaans and English.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work with precision under pressure.
