About the Role

As a Customer Service Agent for SA Commercial (Pty) Ltd, you will be working from home on an out-of-hours shift basis to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. This role requires flexibility and adaptability, as shifts may vary within the specified timeframes.

Key Responsibilities

Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat platforms
Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions using internal booking and form system
Utilizing Webex, Outlook, and other communication tools to facilitate seamless customer service

Requirements

Previous contact centre or customer service experience (preferred)
Strong verbal communication skills
Excellent listening skills and empathy
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently under time pressure
Strong administrative and data-capturing skills
Comfortable working night shifts and weekends
Basic computer literacy and experience using communication platforms
