Strong CEMIS experience — you know the system inside out and can manage admissions, updates, transfers, progression, and compliance with complete confidence
Experience with other school info systems (iSAMS, SASAMS, etc.) is a bonus
Advanced Excel and database skills — the kind that make reporting effortless
A mindset that blends accuracy, analytical thinking, and proactive problemsolving
Experience in a school or education environment

Academic records
Behaviour and learner attitude
Admissions & CEMIS
School records & compliance
Exam printing & logistics
Data insights and reporting
