Job Description
What’s in Your Toolkit?
Experience: 12+ years in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Education: B.Eng or B.Sc in Computer Science (bonus points for leadership certifications).
Skills:
Deep understanding of software development & release processes.
Proven ability to manage teams, projects, and budgets.
Strong communication and conflict-resolution chops.
Knowledge of telecoms, networks, and internet technologies is a major plus.
Your Mission:
Lead & Inspire: Mentor 10–20 engineers across 2–3 agile teams.
Drive Delivery: Translate business priorities into actionable goals and unblock challenges.
Build Processes: Implement agile practices that bake quality into every release.
Grow Talent: Foster a culture of ownership and continuous learning.
Collaborate: Partner with Product Owners and System Architects to align roadmaps.
