Position: Equity Analyst – Corporate Governance Specialist
Type: Full-time

Key
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations and analysis of individual equities with a primary focus on corporate governance.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and transparency of board practices, shareholder rights, executive compensation, and overall corporate conduct.
- Collaborate with other analysts and portfolio managers to integrate governance insights into investment strategies.
- Monitor ongoing governance developments and trends to ensure our investment decisions are informed by the latest standards and practices.
- Prepare detailed reports and present findings to internal stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in equity analysis, with a specific focus on corporate governance.
- Previous experience in a Wealth Manager, Asset Manager, or Broker environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in both buy-side and/or sell-side analysis.
- Strong investigative skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A deep understanding of corporate governance principles and their impact on investment value.
