Minimum Requirements

Qualifications:

• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or Finance
• Relevant ERP system certifications

Essential Experience:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in ERP integration environments (including platforms such as Workday, SAP ERP, Oracle, Sage, or NetSuite)
• Demonstrated background in Finance with direct involvement in Finance transformation initiatives
• Strong technical competency in building integrations using enterprise integration tools for financial applications
• Proven experience developing integrations with Financial Institutions, Treasury Management platforms, and Billing or Trading Systems
• Solid understanding of relational databases and ERP system architectures
• Ability to map and understand financial information process flows to design transformation logic and data models

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification or experience in Workday Financial Management (FINS Core)
• Experience with Workday Integration technologies

Key Responsibilities & Desirable Skills

• Lead functional areas on client-facing enterprise transformation projects, managing deliverables from initial design through to final deployment
• Analyze end-to-end Finance business processes and capture data requirements for migration workflows
• Partner with cross-functional teams including HR and Financial transformation specialists to develop innovative client solutions
• Demonstrate strong communication and presentation capabilities when engaging with stakeholders
