Job Description:
You’ll lead a small team managing daily operations, upgrades, and enhancements of finance systems including Dynamics 365, Power BI, Power Query, and Power Automate. Expect to drive automation initiatives, optimise workflows, and collaborate with IT and external vendors to ensure system reliability. This role combines leadership, technical problem-solving, and strategic input to deliver scalable solutions.

Skills & Experience:
Solid experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, and Power Platform tools
Exposure to finance processes and workflows
Proven ability to lead or mentor junior team members
Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills
Programming knowledge (Python) is a plus

Qualification:
Relevant degree or diploma in IT, Finance Systems, or related field
Experience in managing finance systems and automation projects

You’ll guide a small team of analysts, drive the ongoing evolution of Dynamics 365, Power BI, and the broader Power Platform, and spearhead automation and process optimization across the organization. Skills & Experience:
Deep, hands-on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Query
Strong background in finance systems, processes, and workflows (highly advantageous)
Demonstrated people leadership or mentoring experience
Bonus: Working knowledge of Python or other programming languages
Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication abilities
