Job Summary
JOB TITLE: Forklift Operator
AREA: Montague Gardens, Cape Town
INDUSTRY: Freight and Logistics
Salary / CTC: R 10 000 – R 12 000 (depending on experience, qualifications and current earnings)
Report to: Logistics Manager
Type: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all warehouse functions are attended to ie. unpacking, packing, receiving, releasing and cycle counts.
- Placing cargo in correct holding bay and location.
- Loading of cargo being released , off loading cargo being delivered at the depot.
- Operating a forklift is essential.

Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum Matric
- Previous work experience
- Previous experience in a similar industry with one to three years of experience
- Valid forklift license Code F1 – F12 would be an added advantage
