Job Description
Perform basic tasks including carrying out maintenance repairs, such as:
- Painting and filling minor cracks,
- Basic carpentry work (repairs to doors and windows),
- Basic plumbing, electrical and safety work,
- Plastering and brick work (minor works)
- Perform repairs on company machinery, equipment or appliances.
- Perform garden services, maintain and improve green spaces.
- Detect and report the need for minor to major maintenance repairs.
- Regularly check communal spaces to identify issues with litter, maintenance or breakdowns.
- Maintain the cleanliness of outside spaces such as parking lots and sidewalks.
- Oversee the refuse cages stay clean on the company premises.
- Provide management with support and guidance on maintaining site operations.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school Grade 10 or equivalent qualification required.
- A minimum of 3 years’ working experience in a similar role.
- Solid experience with general maintenance work.
- Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment.
- Extremely organized with good communication skills.
- Detail-orientated with an aptitude for problem-solving.
