Job Description

In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the full financial function from trial balance to financial statements, ensuring accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and efficient financial operations. Your expertise in financial analysis, and cost control will be essential in ensuring reliable reporting, cost efficiency, and informed business decisions across the organisation. Additionally, you will support annual audits, statutory compliance, and assist management with financial advice and reporting.
 
To succeed in this role, you should hold a BCom in Finance, with professional certifications such as CIMA preferred, and have at least 4 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing environment. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and ERP systems such as SYSPRO will be valuable. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills, along with fluency in English and Afrikaans, are key attributes for collaborating with management and ensuring financial compliance.
