Job Description
Duties:
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll:
- Owning revenue targets and driving business growth across products and markets.
- Developing and executing sales strategies to win new business and grow existing accounts.
- Building accurate forecasting models and reporting key metrics to leadership.
- Collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Partnerships to optimize market positioning.
- Hiring, mentoring, and leading a results-driven sales team.
- Leading by example,closing strategic deals while establishing scalable sales processes.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in sales or revenue leadership, with proven success in growing revenue.
- 5+ years managing sales teams and developing talent.
- Experience creating and implementing sales processes and frameworks from scratch.
- Knowledge of cloud, SaaS, or B2B technology sales across African markets.
- Strong CRM and data-driven skills to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management at executive level.
