What You’ll Do

• Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting client relationships.
• Provide expert fashion advice and styling tips to help customers curate their perfect look.
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding personal and store targets.
• Assist with merchandising, stock management, and maintaining an inviting store presentation.
• Contribute to a positive, energetic, and supportive team culture.

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive retail experience, preferably in high-end fashion boutiques or premium retail environments.
• Previous experience with brands such as Poetry, Rosella, Sissy Boy, or similar upmarket fashion retailers.
• A proven sales record and strong ability to close sales.
• Excellent styling skills and a natural flair for fashion.
• A customer-first attitude with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Well-groomed, polished, and professional presentation.
• Positive energy, enthusiasm, and a willingness to go the extra mile.
• Based in Somerset or surrounding areas and flexible to work late trading hours, especially during the festive season.
