About the Role
Network Contracting, a respected player in the corrugated packaging manufacturing industry, is seeking an HR Technical Trainer to support operational excellence through structured learning and development initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a progressive learning environment by ensuring employees are equipped with the skills and competencies required to perform effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an annual training calendar aligned with operational requirements
- Benchmark and assess staff training needs across the production environment
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external training providers
- Facilitate and administer technical and operational training sessions
- Evaluate the effectiveness and quality of training programmes
- Maintain and update the training matrix and training records
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management
- 2 – 5 years’ experience in process operator or technical training
- Previous experience as a Corrugating Supervisor, Process Operator, or Artisan
- Qualification in Corrugated Machine Minding
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and facilitation abilities
- Ability to engage with technical teams in a manufacturing environment
- Additional African language will be advantageous
