Western Cape: Internal Sales Consultant – Aluminium posted by Time Personnel

• Grade 12 / Matric qualification
• Demonstrated experience in an internal sales role, ideally  within the building materials sector
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships
• Highly organised and detail-focused, capable of managing quotations, sales orders, and follow-ups efficiently
• Proactive, solution-driven, and committed to delivering excellent customer service

 
DUTIES

• Handle inbound sales enquiries from contractors, fabricators, wholesalers, and walk-in customers
• Prepare and follow up on quotations for aluminium products, systems, and accessories
• Process sales orders accurately, ensuring correct specifications, pricing, and lead times
• Provide product advice and technical support on aluminium profiles, systems, and finishes
• Liaise with production, warehouse, and dispatch teams to ensure orders are fulfilled on time
• Maintain regular contact with customers to manage order progress and resolve queries
• Support external Sales Representatives with quotes, pricing, and customer information
• Capture and update customer details, quotes, and orders on the company CRM or ERP system
• Handle after-sales support, including order amendments, returns, and customer queries
• Ensure a high level of customer service while meeting sales targets and turnaround times

 
Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
