About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Letting Agent (Assistant) to join our team at West Coast Personnel. As an assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the broker in managing day-to-day operations, conducting property viewings, and liaising with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with leasing of retail and industrial properties
  • Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants
  • Liaise professionally with landlords, tenants, and brokers
  • Manage enquiries, follow-ups, and basic administration
  • Support the broker with day-to-day operational tasks

Requirements

  • Own reliable transport (essential)
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans
  • Professional appearance and communication skills

This role offers commission opportunities in addition to a basic allowance.
