About the Role

Join Wild Dreams Hospitality as a Lodge Management Couple and experience the ultimate combination of hospitality, conservation, and guest experiences in the Western Cape. This unique role is perfect for a team where one partner focuses on Field Guiding and general maintenance, while the other oversees Reservations, Administration, and Management Support. We are seeking a professional couple with a genuine passion for luxury hospitality, conservation, and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct guided game drives and walking safaris (where qualified)
  • Share knowledge of wildlife, ecology, and conservation with guests
  • Ensure guest safety during all activities
  • Create memorable, personalized guest experiences
  • Perform general lodge and reserve maintenance, including vehicles and equipment
  • Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical tasks
  • Maintain roads, signage, and outdoor areas
  • Support reserve management tasks as needed
  • Assist with guest logistics and transfers
  • Support lodge operations during busy periods
  • Work closely with management to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

  • Valid FGASA qualification (minimum Level 1 preferred)
  • PDP and valid driver’s licence
  • Hands-on maintenance skills and problem-solving ability
  • Strong communication and guest-facing skills
  • Physically fit and flexible
  • Previous lodge or reserve experience essential
