Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Setting up of equipment for packing of products
- Regular maintaining of equipment
- Ensure smooth running of machines during packing
- Report maintenance problems
- Liaise with contractors regarding maintenance
- Troubleshooting and fault finding
- Setting up batch numbers
- Help with supervisor training
- Report H & S issues
- Work in accordance with cGMP procedures
- Plant preparation and start up of plant utilities
Requirements:
- Grade 12 essential
- Advanced Technical Training preferable
- Understands measuring and implementation of OEE (overall equipment efficiency)
- Essential to know about cGMP and SOP`s
- Essential to know about latest OHS and Industry safety measures
- Able to read and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, schematics
- MS Office advanced
- Min. of 5 years Machine Setter experience
- Pharmaceutical industry beneficial
- 5 Years manufacturing and secondary packing line experience beneficial
