Job Summary
- Grade 12 and Marketing qualification
- More than 4 years of experience in a similar role
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and evaluate industry trends, target audiences, pricing structures, and competitor offerings to support the creation of effective marketing plans.
- Enhance brand visibility across various regions and drive increased foot traffic to retail locations through strategic campaigns.
- Manage and improve marketing initiatives, including oversight of the company’s digital presence such as social media accounts and online advertisements.
- Plan, control, and execute the marketing budget, including social media campaigns and digital engagement strategies.
- Monitor website performance by assessing user behavior, browsing activity, and sales conversion metrics.
- Lead the execution of branding initiatives, advertisements, and promotional activities.
- Create and publish engaging content tailored for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Measure and report on the performance and impact of marketing efforts.
- Represent and promote the brand at trade fairs, key industry functions, and work towards establishing a global brand footprint.
- Stay updated with the latest marketing innovations, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the Sales department to craft comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple media outlets.
- Review and approve the creative direction for marketing content, including promotional materials, digital assets, advertising copy, and packaging concepts.
- Coordinate with media buyers, advertising firms, and related service providers to implement marketing initiatives.
- Handle negotiations and maintain relationships with external marketing partners and agencies.
