Non-Negotiable Requirements

• Trade qualification or recognised Electrician certification
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in metering installation, electrical maintenance, or a similar field
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting ability
• Sound knowledge of metering systems, wiring, and relevant electrical regulations
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle (essential)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Experience & Skills Required

• Install, test, and configure electricity, water, and gas meters
• Diagnose and repair meter faults and communication issues
• Perform scheduled maintenance and ensure meter accuracy
• Capture and verify readings for precise data reporting
• Provide customer support and basic technical guidance
• Adhere to all safety standards when working with electrical and water systems
