Job Alert! A manufacturing team is currently hiring a Millwright in the Western Cape! In this role, you will be responsible for executing preventive maintenance schedules, repairing and maintaining equipment in both the process environment and workshop, and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems. Your expertise in technical problem-solving, team collaboration, and contractor management will be essential in supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement. To succeed in this role, you should have a relevant Millwright qualification and solid experience in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with quality systems (such as FSSC), strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to work shifts with a production team are key. Excellent communication skills, initiative, and a proactive approach to safety and hygiene will also be valuable.
