About the Role
We are seeking a team of dynamic and professional Property Agents to join our Secure Jobs team. As a top international property brand with multiple principals and wide national coverage, we offer access to strong investor networks and high-value property opportunities. Our ideal candidates will be driven, goal-oriented professionals looking for significant income potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Cold call over 100 leads per week and turn around 15 interests
- Sustain basic salary for the first 36 months while building your sales pipeline
- Attend networking functions throughout the year
- Manage your own cellphone, fuel, marketing, and vehicle costs (as a condition of employment)
- Put in extra hours to secure business
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) plus a relevant diploma/degree (advantageous)
- 35 years proven sales experience
- Experience in property sales, rentals, commercial property, or development is a strong advantage
- Professional, dynamic, dedicated, hardworking, and well-spoken
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
Qualifications
- Matric (Grade 12) plus a relevant diploma/degree (advantageous)

- Cellphone, fuel, marketing, and vehicle costs are for the agents’ own account
- Desk fees and marketing charges (if applicable) will be discussed during the interview
