Job Description
- Matric,
- Proven experience in office administration and/or stock control
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with suppliers and internal teams
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
DUTIES
- Reporting to the Management team
- Answer incoming calls and assist with enquiries over the phone
- Manage consumables and materials stock levels
- Track all incoming and outgoing stock, including offcuts
- Conduct regular stock takes of consumables
- Track and manage contract-specific consumables
- Order contract-specific and standard consumables
- Obtain quotes for normal consumables
- Follow up with suppliers regarding material deliveries
- Prepare and manage dispatch notes with the treasurer for company vehicles
- General office administration including answering phones and managing stationery
- Maintain filing systems (physical and electronic)
- Manage delivery documentation and contract sign-offs
- Ensure the office is well organised and adequately stocked
- Coordinate vehicle licence renewals, repairs, and maintenance
Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
