Job Summary
Minimum
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Fruit industry experience of at least 5 years
- Vitrax-System and Optical Sorting experience
- Technical knowledge of packing lines or production lines
- Computer literate
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize packline operations to meet production targets, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Conduct daily equipment calibrations and program setups.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP/BRC and company health and safety standards.
- Monitor and analyze productivity performance against benchmarks.
- Manage workforce scheduling and allocation for efficient operations.
- Prepare and submit regular production reports to management.
- Manage a large team during season
